1. We have constant DEMAND and we have shrinking supply and RISK is NO (meaning $$ will buy risk assets).

2. We have constant over hedging using very short term, very volatility decaying products, we have VIX over 20 and it will be forced under 15.

3. We have no yields in the bond market that has rising yields ($$ flows out), we have insane cash making nothing.
