Both of these patterns are very common, and can be easy to locate when on charting software 👀📈

Flags are essentially continuation patterns of a preceding trend - which leads up, or down into the flag 🚩 The flagpole represents the previous trend, the flag is the reversion before a potential breakout or breakdown 👍
